Using Circle
Draw a
full-sized circle using the circle drawing
tool.
Add-a-Layer on top of the circle you just drew.
Put
another circle on top of the first circle you drew in the new layer using the
circle drawing tool. This circle
should be smaller, and you might want to use a different color for distinction.
Select
the first layer.
Use the
magnetic eraser to trace the second layer while keeping the first layer
selected.
Remove
the second layer.
Open up
the first layer.
Using Ellipse
Draw an
ellipse that meets your curvature requirements.
Add
another ellipse over the unnecessary part of the first ellipse. Make sure this second ellipse has no border color.
Use a
fill color that matches your background on the second ellipse or circle.
Using Pen
Choose
the pen tool from your menu and select “Paths.” You could also press the letter P on your computer keyboard
to select the pen tool.
Draw a
line with waves in it.
Select
the brush tool from your menu list and make sure you adjust the settings for a
hard line.

Choose
a color for your brush.

Find
the “Paths” option and right click on it.
3.
Click
on the “Stroke Path” option.
4.
Use
your brush to make sure that it’s stroking and click OK.
Using Rectangle
Draw a
rectangle using the rectangle tool.
Select
the “image” option at the top of your toolbar.
Choose
“liquefy.”
Click
on the brush size and choose a large brush.
Bump
the rectangle into a curve.
