How to Draw Curved Lines in Photoshop ?

Using Circle

Draw a full-sized circle using the circle drawing tool.
Add-a-Layer  on top of the circle you just drew.
Put another circle on top of the first circle you drew in the new layer using the circle drawing tool. This circle should be smaller, and you might want to use a different color for distinction.
Select the first layer.
Use the magnetic eraser to trace the second layer while keeping the first layer selected.
Remove the second layer.
Open up the first layer.

Using Ellipse

Draw an ellipse that meets your curvature requirements.
Add another ellipse over the unnecessary part of the first ellipse. Make sure this second ellipse has no border color.
Use a fill color that matches your background on the second ellipse or circle.

Using Pen

Choose the pen tool from your menu and select “Paths.” You could also press the letter P on your computer keyboard to select the pen tool.
Draw a line with waves in it.
Select the brush tool from your menu list and make sure you adjust the settings for a hard line.
1.    Choose a color for your brush.
2.    Find the “Paths” option and right click on it.
3.    Click on the “Stroke Path” option.
4.    Use your brush to make sure that it’s stroking and click OK.

Using Rectangle

Draw a rectangle using the rectangle tool.
Select the “image” option at the top of your toolbar.
Choose “liquefy.”
Click on the brush size and choose a large brush.
